Leadership Transition: A New Chapter for TBM

We’re excited to share a leadership transition at TBM Service Group. Ravi Ramanand has become the sole owner following the transition of shares from Vinny and Val Ramanand. As part of this change, Val has stepped down as CEO.

Ravi, who has been deeply involved in the day-to-day operations for years, will now lead TBM Service Group alongside Caroline Harduwar and Vinny Ramanand, who will remain as Chief Operations Officer. This transition strengthens TBM’s foundation and sets the stage for our next phase of growth.

For our clients, this means an even greater focus, agility, and leadership alignment. 

For our valuable team members, this is a renewed commitment to our people. We’re investing in culture, diversity, and career growth to ensure TBM continues to be a place where great people thrive.

As an immediate next step, we’re actively working on The 2026 TBM Vision, which will be released in January. This strategic roadmap will align our teams around a shared direction, sharpening our priorities, and setting bold, measurable goals for innovation, and impact.
