At TBM, human capital is fundamental to what we do and it is our mandate to ensure we treat our employees, clients, and partners with the highest ethical considerations. But, we do not stop there. We are adamant about reinvesting into the communities that sustain our business practices trough a variety of sponsorships, donations and “common good” initiatives.

ENVIROMENTAL FINGERPRINT

Due to the nature of our industry, we firmly believe the need for high standards in environmental practices are more than necessary, they’re urgent. We believe this to such a large degree, we earned an ISO Environmental Management System certification.

Monitoring our use of harmful products and chemicals in our cleaning and hygiene activities is only one aspect of our self-imposed environmental mandate. We continually reduce usage levels year by year, far surpassing all regulatory standards for reduction and regularly research and source newer, greener products and technologies.

We want to do more than make an impact in the environment, it’s our goal to be a leader in driving new industry standards for a cleaner, brighter world.

At TBM, we do not hold firm to the corporate credo of profit at all costs. We do believe those costs can be high, and we ensure our profits are aligned and in harmony with our two principles of People and Planet.

By ensuring the integrity of our three principles, we guarantee a transparent and healthy organization with substantive value to add to every touch point; be it revenue-based, or morally driven. Our Triple Bottom Line organizational design also extends to our clients, and ensures they achieve their sustainability goals, cost reductions and all generally recognized standards of Corporate and Social Responsibility.
